Return/Exchange

If you are not satisfied with the product, We are here to help you!

For Return/Exchange, following conditions have to be met:

• You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Replace/Exchange/Refund:

Customers have option of doorstep return pickup (charges applicable) as well as self courier to the return warehouse. 

In case of Exchange: We will dispatch your order immediately after inspecting the returned product and we will bear the re-shipping cost from our pockets. 

In Case of Refund:  Refund is only available in the form of store credit. Your DC wallet balance will be credited with the amount of purchase after the pickup of the product. You can use the balance anytime within 2 years after credit.

Please note: In case any defect noticed while inspection of the returned product, the return will not be processed.
